I am in the process of trying to collect all of those "Greatest" hardcovers. You know "Greatest Superman Stories Ever Told" and so on. As it stands I have The Greatest Superman, Batman, Joker, and Golden Age stories ever told all in hardcover. I know of The Greatest Flash, Team up and 1950's stories ever told but am looking for those for a good price (I got all mine on Ebay). Was there any others of this short series ever made? made in hardcover? They are really good. My favorite has to be the Golden Age so far with the diversity of stories and they are good stories that still stand after 60 or so years. IP: Logged |

The Greatest Batman volumes continued with two more. The first featured the greatest Penguin stories and Catwoman stories, release to coincide with the big movie. I think it was released as The Greatest Batman SET Volume 2. There was a later volume with the greatest Riddler and Two Face stories, timed to coincide with the next movie in the franchise. I don't think this was officially TGBSET Volume 3. But it may have been. (Softcover only?) IP: Logged |

I believe all the books in this series were mentioned at the top. At least I am not aware of any others. I enjoyed Greatest 50s as much as Greatest Golden Age. I ran into these at convetions, usually for around $25. IP: Logged |

I think there was 8 volumes in the Greatest Stories Ever Told series. They were: Superman Batman Joker Team-Up Golden Age (HC only) 1950s Flash Batman volume 2 (softcover only) All were available as hardcovers and softcovers except Golden Age (no softcover was ever printed). IP: Logged |

No. Greatest Batman 2 was only issued in paperback, I'm reasonably sure. IP: Logged |
